West Coast Swing Bootcamp Review
MACCurrently One of the most poular dances across the globe. A fun, exciting partner dance style to learn. It is a smooth, musical, stylish dance blending swing, ballroom, and modern moves in an easy pattern-based syllabus to learn. This dance is enjoyed by all ages because it is danced to music from 40’s swing, jazz, blues, RnB, and modern chart top 40 hits.
For students who have had at least one west coast swing dance class.

Beginning Bachata
The Bachata is a playful Latin dance that is typically danced at Salsa and Merengue dance clubs. This style is danced with soft hip motions, turns and side-to-side footwork. The music of Bachata is very recognizable for its predominant use of the electric guitar combined with Caribbean and Latin musical influences.

Rhumba, meaning ‘to go to parties’, is a very popular, slow, sensual, dance form and is one of the major ballroom dances and many of the dance moves work in the Cha Cha as well as other dances

The swing is a must learn dance. Learn the fundamentals and get your dancing hobby started out on the right foot. As a non-progressive and circular dance the swing is convenient on any jam packed dance floor.

Basketball training instructions focus on the fundamentals of ball handling, shooting and passing through a variety of drills at game speed so the skills can transfer to any tryout, practice, game or tournament.
In addition to individual training, the MAC has the Gun8000 (shooting machine) to help players improve their shot.
